All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you about delivery time and put your order on our waiting list.
Items offered on our website are available for delivery all over the world. You can also pick your order up from our store in Lithuania by choosing the delivery method: Pick up from the store.
*Due to current COVID19 restrictions in different countries affecting the whole line of production, from sourcing of materials to distribution of final product, we are experiencing delays in production and delivery. Please rest assured that we do our upmost to honour our delivery commitment to you, however some circumstances are completely out of our hands*
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. For items in stock, delivery times are estimated and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. For times on the waiting list, delivery time will be estimated based on production completion but may vary in time. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 14 working days from the date of your order.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Standard shipping time in the EU is between 3-5 working days. Countries outside the EU can expect 5-7 working days plus customs clearance time which may vary from country to country. Products may be shipped in separate packages.
Please note that the shipping service providers are separate entities. Tone of Life Gongs has no influence over their practices, rules and regulations. We source shipping companies based on their marketplace reliability and price.
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight of your order. This will be calculated on the checkout page before you proceed the payment. Please be aware that Tone of Life Gongs is not responsible for local Customs import taxes which may apply to countries outside of the EU.
